“If we really love ourselves, everything in our life works”
Louise L Hay
No book, workshop, seminar or healer can heal your life unless you are prepared to do what it takes. This workshop was created by Louise Hay after she wrote her book “You Can Heal Your Life”. It was a way for her to get people to actually follow through and do what the book suggests.
Louise's work is powerful yet simple and once you learn how to adapt the work into your life you will notice some subtle and some mind blowing changes.
Robyn Vitacca is a Certified Heal Your Life Workshop Teacher who has been trained to deliver this powerful workshop. She first came accross Louise's work in 2009 whilst going through a traumatic period in her life. She attended her first Heal Your Life Workshop and was amazed at the way the circumstances in her life began to change. She attended a second and loved it so much that she was determined to become a teacher and help others.
Through participating in this workshop you will gain a greater understanding of yourself.
You will learn:
How your thoughts create.
What thought processes are holding you back.
How to gently change these thought processes with the correct use of affirmations
How to love others and yourself more deeply.
To become aware of the body mind connection
Simple techniques to help you manage stress.
To understand the different relationship patterns in your life.
You will leave with the tools and ability to begin to live a more fulfilling and purpose filled life.
